I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, conveniently located in Amsterdam. The room, styled in a chic 'boutique' manner, was spacious and comfortable, complete with a rare balcony for a 3-star hotel. Although a bit noisy in the morning due to the breakfast room nearby, the overall experience was good.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a brilliant view of the canal. The service was exceptional, with extremely helpful and thoughtful staff. The location was just right off the center but close to trams, providing easy access to all Amsterdam has to offer. The dining experience was delightful, with a wonderful selection including Dutch pancakes. However, some noise from the street could be heard late at night.

The hotel was in a convenient location, close to major tourist attractions and the city center, yet peaceful at night. The rooms were comfortable, although a bit small and dusty in areas. The service was pleasant overall, but there were unprofessional moments overheard. The dining options were good, with a variety of choices available. The hotel facilities were adequate, but some areas required refurbishment.
